Four weeks of no running. Four weeks of continued pain when I sneeze, or turn over in bed. Four weeks in which I tried to swim with just my arms, but didn’t fall in love.
It’s frustrating and expected I suppose. More than twelve months of running on an injury likely means it will take a while to get better. But a while is vague.
Less time running means more time doing other things and that’s been wonderful. So perhaps it’s time to focus on wonderful and try not to sneeze…
